Agent Migrations Are Positioning Tests
Google's Gemini CLI to Antigravity cutoff is a positioning test dressed up as a migration notice. If someone has skills, hooks, MCP servers, and project memory wired into a coding agent, the thing they trust is the workflow. Founders keep pitching the new harness. The better promise is colder: bring your weird habits with you, and we'll show the checklist that proves they survived.

If you were using the CLI to get through work, "migration" is too soft. Say the ugly part: this command stops working, this one replaces it, these notes and habits carry over, these ones do not. People can deal with a move. They hate finding out mid-task.
Show the damage report: exported project memory, Skills/Hooks/MCP status, removed commands, and one replay of yesterday's task. Until that exists, 'migration' is just a cutoff with nicer wallpaper.
